5 Course Wine Pairing

Join us for an evening filled with delicious wines and a delectable amuse-bouche assortment.

Our representative from Opici Wines will be hosting an informative tasting that highlights each wine’s origins and how to identify subtle flavors to help you choose your perfect glass every time.

All five wine courses will be accompanied by an hors d’oeuvre especially made to complement each wine’s flavor profile.

First Course:

- Pinot Grigio -

Small charcuterie plate with peppered goat cheese, prosciutto and roasted grapes

Second Course:

- Chardonnay -

Jumbo lump crab cake with a citrus remoulade

Third Course:

- Pinot Noir -

Pasta in a sherry cream sauce with tomato confit and portobello mushrooms

Fourth Course:

- Cabernet Sauvignon -

Teres Major steak with a red wine and shallot sauce

Fifth Course:

- Port -

Flourless chocolate torte with port wine whipped cream
