First Course (Choice of):
-Beef Carpaccio - Sliced seared beef served on an herbed crostini and topped with minced red onion, fresh basil, and a caper creole sauce
-Bruschetta - Marinated tomato and parmigiana reggiano served with grilled Ciabatta bread and topped with a balsamic reduction
-Baked Stuffed Portobello - Portobello mushroom stuffed with roasted eggplant, zucchini, squash, and fresh tomato and finished with gruyerre cheese
-Chicken Lettuce Wraps - Asian style chicken salad wrapped in bib lettuce and topped with chopped cashews

Second Course (Choice of):
-Roasted Beet and Goat Cheese Salad - Mixed greens tossed in a honey lemon vinaigrette and topped with roasted beets, candied pecans, and a goat cheese mousse
-Barrel House Waldorf Salad - Green apples, crisp celery, walnuts, and vanilla poached figs finished with a vanilla port drizzle
-Classic Ceasar Salad - Romaine hearts tossed in housemade Ceasar dressing with herbed croutons, anchovies, and parmesan
-Bacon and Brussels Salad - Rendered pork belly, roasted brussel sprouts, grape tomato, cucumber, bleu cheese and arugula all tossed in a maple vinaigrette dressing

Third Course (Choice of):
-Roast Chicken Piccata - Statler chicken breast topped with a creamy lemon caper sauce and served with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables
-Grilled Pork Tenderloin - Pork Tenderloin topped with a cherry port wine reduction and served with a roasted potato and grape tomato medley
-Braised Short Ribs - Short Ribs served with a natural jus and brussel sprout hash
-Pan Seared Haddock - Lightly breaded and seared Haddock, topped with a lemon butter wine sauce and served with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
-Grilled Eggplant and Spinach Risotto - Herb grilled eggplant and baby spinach in a creamy risotto with parmagiano reggiano
-Seared Salmon - Salmon topped with a Dijon Beurre Blanc sauce and served with roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables

4th Course (Choice of):
-Peanut Butter Silk Pie - Creamy layers of peanut butter cream and French chocolate silk over a chocolate cookie crust and topped with a chocolate ganache, finished with chocolate syrup and whipped cream
-Turtle Cheesecake - Cheesecake topped with crushed candied pecans and a housemade salted caramel sauce and served with whipped cream
-Tiramisu - Lady fingers dipped in espresso, layered with mascarpone cheese and topped with powdered cocoa, finished with chocolate syrup and whipped cream
-Pumpkin Cheesecake - Pumpkin Cheesecake topped with crushed graham crackers and a housemade salted caramal sauce and served with whipped cream
